Dr Brian Keegan is Director of Public Policy and Taxation with Chartered Accountants Ireland and leads the Institute’s public comment, information provision and representations work in these areas. Brian is well known as an author and lecturer. He has given evidence to parliamentary committees in Westminster, Stormont and Dublin on cross border tax issues, tax devolution, Brexit and other tax policy matters.

As the Chartered Accountants Ireland spokesman, he is a frequent media contributor and has a weekly opinion column with the Sunday Business Post newspaper.
