As the 7th President of the Accountants Group in Germany (AGIG) since its formation in 1980, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website. If you have any comments or suggestions on the contents of the website, or on our seminars, please do not hesitate to let us know.
The AGIG is funded by the six accountancy bodies based in the UK and Ireland. We currently represent more than 1,400 qualified accountants resident here in Germany, and we aim to provide our members with professional and business development opportunities, and in particular through our regular seminars, the opportunity to network with other accountants living and working in Germany.
For those of you who have not yet managed to come along to one of our seminars, please do so, and I look forward to seeing you in Frankfurt or at one of the regional events sometime soon.

Registration is now available for the Spring seminar on 22 May 2025 in Frankfurt. It will be our 90th seminar and to celebrate this milestone, we’re pleased to offer an optional event before the usual pre-seminar dinner.
