As the 7th President of the Accountants Group in Germany (AGIG) since its formation in 1980, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our website. If you have any comments or suggestions on the contents of the website, or on our seminars, please do not hesitate to let us know.
The AGIG is funded by the six accountancy bodies based in the UK and Ireland. We currently represent more than 1,400 qualified accountants resident here in Germany, and we aim to provide our members with professional and business development opportunities, and in particular through our regular seminars, the opportunity to network with other accountants living and working in Germany.
For those of you who have not yet managed to come along to one of our seminars, please do so, and I look forward to seeing you in Frankfurt or at one of the regional events sometime soon.

At the recent Power of Financial Storytelling event in Berlin, Raymond Gann —founding father of the AGIG — was honoured with the prestigious CIMA Plaque for his decades of dedication to the profession.
