Regina Karoline Schüller is Director of the Frankfurt Office at the IFRS Foundation and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). She has more than 30 years of management experience across corporate communications, strategic development and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining the IFRS Foundation, among others Regina held roles at the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA), Deutsche Bank AG and the European Central Bank (ECB). Across these positions, she developed extensive experience in strategic communication and organisational leadership in both public and private sector institutions.

Regina is also a certified mediator, executive coach and supervisor. She has worked with leaders and teams to strengthen communication, support collaboration and navigate organisational change. Her professional focus is on fostering clear communication, effective leadership and strong corporate culture, with a particular ability to make complex topics accessible and actionable.
