The CIMA future of finance research indicates that business partnering is a key requirement for the finance function to adopt. There are likely to be significant job losses if professions do not reskill for the industrial revolution 4.0. Reskilling to new competences is now emerging to become a global requirement. We will also cover the six key stages of business partnering and how it can be applied. Existential examples, relevant theories and case study examples will be included. The presentation will include the key attributes, skill and competences required.”
