Dr. Willy Wirth is a consultant at PwC Board Services. He advises supervisory boards, management boards and board offices on the implementation of regulatory requirements relating to corporate governance.

Willy has many years of experience in statutory audits of listed corporations and holds a PhD in economics. He is co-author of a number of publications on the subject of auditing and corporate governance and has been a regular lecturer at Goethe University Frankfurt.
