Dianora is a Technical Fellow at the IFRS Foundation’s International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) and serves as the IFRS S1 and IFRS S2 Implementation Lead. Prior to joining the ISSB, Dianora was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s (EY) Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice in NYC. At EY, Dianora worked on transactions, accounting change projects, SEC compliance support, and ESG-related projects. Dianora began her career at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Dianora is a CPA in the state of New York and serves on the Board of Directors of the State University of New York – Oswego.
