Since our first meeting in 1979 we have always tried to celebrate our major anniversaries with a special event. Our 80th Seminar this October is to be no exception.

The Seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn in Stuttgart Weilimdorf on 1 October 2019. 

The evening event on 30th September will be lively, entertaining and very special – we have reserved a box in the Schwabenwelt Tent at the Cannstätter Wasen (Stuttgart Beer festival). The Wasen is the second biggest beer festival in the world (after the Munich Oktoberfest). As you can imagine, places in the tents are at a premium, so we have reserved a contingent of hotel rooms and places in the tent.

Please note that we have to be in the tent by 5.30pm so we will be leaving the hotel in a bus promptly at 5pm. For those who cannot make the 5pm deadline, it is possible to take the S-Bahn from the hotel to the Wasen (changing at the main station – Hauptbahnhof).

For this event, we have to finally confirm the numbers of rooms very early, so we are asking you to register at the latest by 31 August 2019.

Also, the number of places is restricted by the space available in the Schwabenwelt Tent to 60 persons, so please register early to ensure your place. First come, first served!
