83rd Seminar

18 November 2021, Novotel Frankfurt City

After 2 years of pandemic-related absence, we are pleased to announce that our next seminar will be held at the Novotel Frankfurt City on 18 November 2021.

For the dinner on the evening before the Seminar, we will eat at the Alte Kanzlei (Niedenau 50, 60325 Frankfurt am Main). The restaurant has been booked for 7.00pm, so we shall be meeting in the foyer and then leaving the hotel at around 6.30pm. We will organise taxis from the hotel to the restaurant as necessary.

Please note the following Corona-related matters:

  • We have decided to restrict attendance to “2G” – those who can show evidence that they have been vaccinated or have recovered from a Covid infection. According to the current rules of the hotel and the state government of Hessen, this will mean that we can offer the seminar without any restriction on numbers, we will not need to observe social distancing in the seminar room, and will not need to wear masks during the seminar (but whilst moving around the hotel and in public areas, masks will still need to be worn).
  • The hotel will check the evidence of 2G compliance both at check-in and before the Seminar starts. Please ensure you bring evidence (preferably CovPass or Corona Apps, or alternatively Impfpass, Paper evidence of a covid infection, etc).
  • Unfortunately, evidence of a current PCR or Rapid Antigen test will not be sufficient to attend the seminar.
  • Please note that the above rules are correct at the present time but may change up until the date of the seminar. If we become aware of any changes, we will make this available on this page.
